When you physically cannot fit into a restaurant booth, it might be a cue to hold the double extra mayo. And honestly, a diet soda, who are you kidding?
Harsh, maybe…but I see it far too often

Long overdue, but we actually won a lacrosse game. It was a playoff so we actually finished in 3rd place despite loosing every other game. Haha. There were 4 teams~ I had a clear run to the goal..should shot it, but passed it off. Regretting it deeply ;( no lacrosse for another year.
Maybe I’ll go for fall indoor lacrosse, a pick up a short stick….scary.

The throw a party, or keep it low key and at bars? I feel like a party isn’t going to anything I couldn’t have done before 21. Besides, such things usually lead to high expectations and lead to disappointment. I usually would be more driven and optimistic…but the house is a bit small for anything big.
So there I am, not throwing a 21er. I think I’ll survive by just going down to the bars with the few people I know who are actually 21. Damn being older than most. Hah.
Guess that wasn’t much of a great debate, was it?

Random Wikipedia time. Did you know that the United States comprises in its 50 present states, 6 formally independent countries.
The first and most obvious, Hawaii. Next, Texas. But the list goes on:
California Republic June 14, 1846
Free and Independent Republic of West Florida: 1810
Vermont Republic: 1777-1791
oh, and the Confederate States of America, of course.
Now you know. Those Texans aren’t the only ones

Nothing like a Bond movie to make you want to drop your legit life path and go for the life of crime, trophy wives, nice cars, and beaches.
Perhaps my life will be a tad more dull, but hopefully I can make something interesting of it. Maybe without the guns. Besides, whats the fun in making all that money if you A. Have a good chance dying getting it B. Have a good chance dying young after you get it. ? Hah.

A day after a single bridge collapses…all 5 stations are still covering it. Ouch.
I especially like the “could this happen here?” stuff in the Oregonian. Do these journalists try to scare people unnecessarily? Do they care about integrity? Doubtful. Pitiful profession these days.
I mean Jesus, if you were somewhat gullible (not that I’m implying anything about the American media consumers) you’d think bridges were collapsing all over America!
